Shopping Carts Out of Bounds

Sometimes I see shopping carts in places where shopping carts don't usually roam.

For instance, here is a Marshalls cart found while walking the dogs, in a playfield.  The nearest Marshalls is about a mile away.

Apparently Marshalls doesn't keep a good watch over their carts, here is a collection of carts I saw one day while riding my bike.

Sometimes they end up at bus stops, or turned over near dumpsters

While visiting San Diego, I located a cart that was obviously jacked, and the parking lot invisible fence must have triggered the anti-roll feature.  Take a look
