Through shots of the cafe, music, and employees and customers reciting key words, the message of this video is how Nomad Cafe is expanding the definition of green.

Nomad Cafe has strong ties to it's north Oakland, CA neighborhood. 

They are very conscious of their 'footprint' and have been doing a lot of things like waste reduction, composting and serving fair trade drinks for a while.
